Delinquent Real Estate and Garbage credit card payments are assessed a fee of 2.65% of the total paid or a minimum of $3.00. Online check payments are assessed a flat fee of $1.50.
Sewage credit card fees are $1.55 for online payments at www.ltspayments.com. Sewage phone transaction fees are $4.00. All transaction fees are set, charged and controlled by VISA and MASTERCARD and the gateway provider.
